In-Bloom wilts, debit cards for student loans, college enrollment declines, special ed brings people out : Required Reading 4/24/2014

Let’s get to it:

The In-Bloom data mine is going under. I wonder what their going out of business sale will be like.

Has this really been going on?  Schools delivering financial aid through debit cards with high access fees?

College enrollment has been in decline since 2009. Is everybody really smart enough now, or are we just giving up?

Here’s a reminder that special education is not just a warehouse for disabled kids.
